Information we collect

When you request an estimate, submit a project request, use a calculator or chat with our assistant, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email if you provide one, property town or address, project details and any photos you upload. We also record basic usage information such as the pages you view, the buttons you tap and the site that referred you.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule inspections, answer your questions and follow up about your roofing project. Usage information helps us understand which pages and tools are useful and measure the performance of our advertising.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google Search. To measure which ads lead to real enquiries, this site uses the Google tag (gtag.js) and reports two events to Google Ads: a submitted request form and a tap on our phone number. These events tell Google that a conversion happened and may use cookies or similar identifiers set by Google. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address or any other personal identifier. Google processes this data as described in its Business Data Responsibility notice.

Advertising measurement is limited by region. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada are not measured at all: the Google tag is never loaded and no advertising events are sent for them. Anyone can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at Google Ad Settings or block cookies in their browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our business — our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Google for the advertising measurement described above — and where the law requires it.

Your choices
